Meet the duo behind ISSA: Byron and Claritsa (AKA Issa!)

Hi! We're Byron and Claritsa — the Founders of ISSA and we're so glad to share with you our own little coffee journey! Both of us are graphic designers by day, coffee-obsessed foodies by heart. We both grew up with families rooted in the food industry; running restaurants and catering companies — and after years of traveling, cooking, and chasing good coffee together, we figured: why not pour that love and passion into cups of our own?

The name "ISSA" comes from our very own Claritsa's nickname and is our love letter to the flavors we grew up on and the ones we picked up along the way. Our mission is to show up to your event ready to serve more than good coffee — we bring good energy, an eye for detail, and drinks that taste like a little piece of home.
