How do I book your services?

Please fill out and submit our booking form via the 'Booking' page. Once we've received the submission, we'll reach out to you via email. Usually within 48 hours.

Do guests have to purchase drinks?

Accepted Answer

No, guests will not have to purchase any drinks. Our services follow an unlimited service approach, where ISSA shows up and serves unlimited drinks to guests for the given service duration (2 hours minimum).

How far do you travel for events?

ISSA proudly serves Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and surrounding areas. Located outside of these areas? We'd still love to hear about your event and can provide a custom travel quote.

Question 5

What space and power requirements do you need?

Accepted Answer

ISSA's cart can set up essentially anywhere with at least a flat, 6ft x 6ft space. Our cart is easily set up and broken down. If stairs are needed to access to space, please give us a heads up so we know ahead of service.

ISSA will provide our own generator so we can set up anywhere for the duration of your event. If your venue has access to power, that's just the cherry on top :)

Do you serve any non-coffee drinks?

Yes, we have matchas, hojicha, homemade hot cocoa and tea selection.

What is your minimum service duration?

Our minimum booking is 2 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your date or at least two weeks in advance if you have any custom menu or branding requests to allow time for design/print process. We can often accommodate last-minute bookings if our schedule allows — reach out and we'll let you know what's available.

Is everything included, or are there extra charges?

Your quote covers the cart, two professional baristas, all equipment, cups, milks, syrups, unlimited drinks during service, plus setup and clean up.

In addition to any add-ons (custom branded cups, custom logo banner display, signature menu development) we will include a small travel and service fee (Covers labor, administration, insurance and county health permits. Gratuity is separate and goes directly to staff.)

How long does setup and teardown take?

Our team typically arrives 60 - 90 minutes before service to set up, and stays 45 - 60 minutes after service ends for cleanup. Both are included in your quote.
